We’re mid-transition to T3C. Can you meet us where we are?
Yes — that’s the most common starting point. We begin with a free T3C readiness review of your current documentation and billing, migrate your records, and turn on the T3C modules as your packages come online.
How long does migration take?
Most agencies are live within two weeks. We do the import from your spreadsheets or current system — children, homes, caregivers, and placements — and you review the result before anyone switches.
What happens if our census goes over the plan?
Nothing breaks and nobody is blocked — child #61 saves just like child #60. The overage is simply billed at the published per-child rate for that month. You can see your census against your plan on the subscription page at any time.
How much training do caseworkers need?
The product includes a guided tour and a built-in help manual written for agency staff, not IT departments. Most caseworkers are productive on day one; we run a live training session for every new agency.
Who owns our data?
You do, unambiguously. Export everything to CSV whenever you want. If you ever leave, your records remain exportable — we don’t hold data hostage.
